Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Collection

Leading cosmetic brand Urban Decay have recently teamed up with singer Gwen Stefani to release her own makeup collection. The collection includes a blush palette, eyeshadow palette, brow box, lip pencils and of course a lipstick range. 

Unlike her style back when she released 'What You Waiting For' the collection is very neutral and is perfect for everyday wear. 

Gwen Stefani Lipsticks

There's 8 different coloured lipsticks in the collection which are perfect for both day and night. You are sure to find a lipstick to complement any outfit. My favourite shades are 'Ex Girlfriend' which is a pretty nude colour and '714' a deep red (pictured). 

Gwen Stefani Blush Palette

£35.00

This blush palette is one of my favourite items from the collection and is certainly on my wish list. My favourite colours from this palette are 'Easy' and 'Hush' the two blush colours in the middle. Dusty pinks and shimmers really compliment my fair skin. I also think 'LO-FI' and 'OC' are perfect for contouring. 

 Gwen Stefani Eyeshadow Palette

£40.00

This is my favourite palette from the collection and is definitely at the top of my wish list. I absolutely love the mixture of matte natural colours with the pop of bright shimmers. This palette is perfect for creating a natural eye look for the day and then shimmering party look for the evening. My favourite colours from this palette are 'Bathwater', 'Stark', 'Baby' and 'Pop'.

Beauty Bargains!

Yesterday I went for a meal at Aagrah in Leeds which I highly recommend. The curry is very tasty and I found the staff to be very helpful. Before I went for the meal I had a little time to kill so I had a wonder around the shops. Most of the shops have a few last bits bits and bobs in the January sales but not much worth buying. However I did stumble across these two little bargains.

1) The Blackcurrant and Fig gift set from Boots. Its original price was £18.00 but I got it for £5.40 which is a saving of £12.60. 

2) Primark beauty blender. It was £1.50 and now 70p. I find in most Beauty/Makeup stores beauty blenders are way over priced but this is a bargain.

2. How about concealer? Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer
3. What brand of mascara do you use? Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara.
4. Do you wear false eye lashes? I don't wear false lashes due to mine already being long. 
5. Sephora or Mac? I can't choose, its a tie. 
6. What is your favourite lipstick? Mac Modesty, its my go to everyday lipstick.
7. Neutral or colourful? I am neutral kinda girl.
8. Which celebrity always has great makeup? Zoella always has beautiful neutral makeup.
9. Could you leave the house without makeup? Yes.
10. Favourite makeup brand? Rimmel and Mac.
